Overview
We accept bookings subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Contract and Booking A ‘Client’ is all persons named on the booking form intending to travel with us. A ‘Product’ is any service sold by Dubai4vacations All clients will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of our booking conditions. In order to confirm a booking the agent must have full payment of all payments due. A contract between the client and Dubai4vacations comes into existence once we have confirmed the booking in writing and issued a confirmation. The person signing the booking form (that incorporates these terms and conditions) warrants that they have full authority to do so on behalf of all persons whose name appears thereon and confirms that all such persons are fully aware of and understand these terms and conditions. The said contract, including all matters rising from it, is subject to Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts. No employees or representatives of Dubai4vacations have any right to alter, vary or waive any of these terms and conditions, nor to undertake any liability whatsoever on behalf of Dubai4vacations, unless authorized in writing and signed by the CEO of Dubai4vacations reserves the right to decline any booking at their discretion without further explanation. Name change amendments At the time of making the booking, you must provide full correct names as they appear on your passport. Please note that airlines do not permit name changes on issued tickets. Dubai4vacations will not be held responsible for any charges that may incur for the incorrect submission of names. It is recommended that you submit a passport copy while submitting preferred travel dates for your vacation. Payment and Pricing Policy Your reservation request will be confirmed upon receipt of the full payment due at the time of booking. A deposit of 20 % of the total package rate is required within 24 hours of confirmation with the balance due 28 days prior to departure. Please be aware that some of our airfares and land arrangements need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge. In these cases you will be notified at the time of booking. Although every effort will be made to confirm your request, please note that travel arrangements are not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation and Dubai4vacations reserves the right to make changes if required. Before a booking is confirmed, Dubai4vacations reserves the right to amend price of product due to any circumstances outside the control of GroupOnHolidays.com such as but not limited to changes relating to governmental action, increases in transportation costs (including schedule airfares and the cost of fuel) changes in any dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services (including landing taxes or embarkation / disembarkation fees at airports), increases in admission fees and hotel rate adjustments / availability. Advertised prices are also subject to seasonal changes, exchange rates and may vary slightly. Payments can be made via bank transfers, Visa or MasterCard. Please be aware that airfares need to be paid in full at the time of booking and carry a 100% cancellation charge. For all other services the cancellation fees in the next paragraph “Amendments and cancellation by clients” will apply. Tourism Dirham For hotel accommodation in Dubai, please note that in order to comply with Dubai Government’s Council resolution No 2 of 2014, Hotels and Resorts in Dubai will be applying the “Tourism Dirham” structure effective March 31, 2014. The “Tourism Dirham” will be applied and charged to guests upon check out by the hotel.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations by Clients Clients wishing to cancel must inform GroupOnHolidays.com in writing signed by the lead passenger on the booking form. Cancellation will take effect on the date the cancellation request is received by GroupOnHolidays.com and the following general cancellation charges will apply
PRIOR TO DEPARTURE PERCENTAGE/CANCELLATION CHARGE ON PACKAGE PRICE
Should the customer wish to cancel your tour, GroupOnHolidays.com must be notified by him/her. Such notification shall deem to have been given to us only on the date of receipt of letter/email/message/calls from lead passenger, since we can only act on the receipt of the same. 44 days and more prior to departure date AED 800 per person, 43 days -31 days prior to departure date AED 1000, 30 days and less is no refund.
The cancellation process will take 1 to 3 months until the amount is returned. No refund can be given for air tickets and partially used services. Note: Same policy applicable for confirmed or blocked seats against full or partial payment. Amount to be refunded by bank transfer.
Cancellation by Dubai4vacations.com
Dubai4vacations reserves the right to cancel any confirmed booking in any circumstances, however, Dubai4vacations will not cancel a Guaranteed Departure Product except in the unusual circumstances of force majeure, defined here as war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, flight cancellation or any other external circumstances beyond the control of Dubai4vacations Compensation is not available if Dubai4vacations is forced to cancel or in any way change a tour due to force majeure but where Dubai4vacations is unable to provide the tour booked, Dubai4vacations will return to the Client all monies paid to Dubai4vacations (less any insurance premiums paid) or offer an alternative date or holiday of comparable standard.
Miscel
No requested change can be guaranteed. If any number of the party is prevented from traveling because of death, injury or serious illness of the client, close relative or friend, redundancy or jury service, it may be possible to transfer the booking to another suitable person or departure date or tour of similar standard and cost provided that written notice is confirmed by Dubai4vacations If a refund is payable by Dubai4vacations to the Client, the refund amount will be calculated according to the conditions as mentioned and with consideration of evidence of exceptional circumstances. Dubai4vacations will not pay fees charged to the Client by the Client’s bank for processing the credited amount. Once hotel reservations have been confirmed, Dubai4vacations reserves the right to substitute hotels listed with others of a similar category. Hotels reserve the right to close facilities due to operational reasons without prior notice. Product Information All product information has been published by Dubai4vacations in good faith and Dubai4vacations will use its best endeavors to operate all products. Dubai4vacations reserves the right to change any of the facilities and services described in its website and publications and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment resulting from any change. Dubai4vacations reserves its rights to change selected hotels to same category accommodation, due to any extraordinary circumstances. UAE Public / National Holidays Crazy Deal Vouchers do not apply for travel periods during UAE Public/National Holidays, officially announced by the UAE Government. If you wish to travel during Public Holidays, kindly contact the Call Center for a supplement fee. Inclusions and Exclusions of package price The price of any holiday booked includes only the items specified. It does not include items of a personal nature including, but not limited to, personal insurance, transport to your outbound airport unless specified, refreshments, telephone calls, laundry, gifts, meals and beverages unless specified, optional excursions, passport and visa fees, porterage, gratuities or taxes, unless otherwise specified, which shall in each and every case be the responsibility of the client. Hotel check-in/check-out times are fixed and there are no guarantees for early/late check-in/out unless paid for by the client. Travel Insurance Adequate insurance is mandatory for all clients to cover at least but not limited to medical and repatriation expenses, loss of luggage, cancellation or curtailment of a Product and should not exclude any planned adventure activities from the time of booking for the full duration of the Product as a minimum. A client and their personal belongings are the sole responsibility of themselves. Dubai4vacations accepts no liability on the client’s behalf where Dubai4vacations has provided a product of a reasonable standard. Clients are fully responsible for arranging their own travel insurance. Should the insurers dispute their liability for any reason, the client will have recourse against the insurers only. Liability of Dubai4vacations. Dubai4vacations acts as the Tour Operator only on behalf of the suppliers and accordingly accepts no liability whatsoever for loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or any other irregularity arising whatsoever. Dubai4vacations products and in particular adventure activities contain an element of risk to the personal safety of the client that other package holidays may not contain. By accepting these booking conditions clients are aware of the risks inherent in their chosen travel and clients undertake such risks at their own volitionDubai4vacations accepts no liability of client’s damages where Dubai4vacations has fulfilled its duty of care to clients by providing products of a reasonable standard. Dubai4vacations has no direct control over the provision of services / facilities by the relevant suppliers and hence we do not accept liability for errors or omissions by the
suppliers. Dubai4vacations accepts no liability if there has been no fault on the part of Dubai4vacations or its’ suppliers and the reason for the claimed damages was either the client’s fault or a result of unusual circumstances beyond the control of Dubai4vacations by force majeure and the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with all due care. In respect of carriage by air, sea and rail and the provision of accommodation, Dubai4vacations’s liability in the said cases will be limited in the manner provided by the relevant international conventions. Dubai4vacations accepts no liability if additional costs to the client are incurred through delay, accident or disruption of the product(s) beyond the control ofDubai4vacations by force majeure. Delays Dubai4vacations will not be liable for any delays prior to departure or during travel to any hotels / resorts brought about by airline technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions or any other circumstances out of our control. Any expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions will be for the passengers own account. Travel Documentation It is the responsibility of the clients to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, all necessary travel documents, vaccinations, preventative medicines and other medical certificates that may be needed to travel. Dubai4vacations is not liable for damages arising from changes in regulations or laws to the necessary travel document requirements. Information about these matters is given in good faith by Dubai4vacations but without liability. It is important that you check all details provided on your travel documentation are correct upon receipt. If there are any inaccuracies, please contact Dubai4vacations.com immediately. All passengers will be personally responsible for ensuring they are in possession of the correct and necessary documentation prior to departure Passport and Visas It is the client’s responsibility to obtain correct, current and valid passports and re-entry permits where required. Dubai4vacations will not be liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure he / she has complied with such requirements. Health and Conduct All Clients are expected to satisfy themselves prior to booking that they are fit and able to complete the itinerary of their chosen tour as described in the brochure. Any clients with pre-existing medical conditions or illness must declare the true nature of such conditions at the time of booking, and make arrangements for the provision of any medication or other treatment which may be required during the tour. Such a client is required to provide a medical statement from a General Practitioner to confirm they are fit to travel. Failure to make such disclosure will constitute a breach of these booking conditions and relieve Dubai4vacations from any obligations and liability. Client Exclusion and Local Law Clients agree to accept the authority and decisions of Dubai4vacations’s and its supplier’s employees and representatives whilst on tour. If in the opinion of such persons, the health or conduct of a client before or after the departure appears likely to endanger the safe, comfortable or happy progress of the tour, the client may be excluded from all or part of the tour without prior notice or any liability on the part of Dubai4vacations In the case of a client’s ill health Dubai4vacations may make such arrangements as it sees fit and recover the costs thereof from the client. Passengers agree to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries they travel. Dubai4vacations shall not be liable for any clients who commit illegal or unlawful acts whilst on tour. Dubai4vacations is not responsible in case a traveler is not able to board the flight due to not reaching on time, traveler’s travel document’s expiry like passport, UAE VISA, visa rejection or any other reason. Dubai4vacations to take passport copies to update names in travel documents issued by Dubai4vacations same as per passport. In this case, Dubai4vacations is responsible for spelling mistakes only. We, Dubai4vacations are not responsible for passport, VISA or any other document’s expiry. Customer to check passport expiry date as per immigration rules of traveling country. In the event the Client has a complaint about any of the product arrangements the client must raise the complaint immediately with a Dubai4vacations employee or legal representative so that Dubai4vacations can use its best endeavors to rectify the problem. Dubai4vacations cannot rectify a problem it is unaware of. Failure to complain immediately will extinguish or at least reduce Dubai4vacations’s liability to pay compensation. Although every effort will be made to resolve a complaint to the customer’s satisfaction, it is specifically recorded that Dubai4vacations in no way accepts liability for any claim.
Selection of seats in airlines and bus
In airlines : Seat allocation in airlines is not done by Dubai4vacations customers may or may not get seats together. Dubai4vacations is not responsible in case customers get different seats in an airline or in case customers do not get preferred seats in airlines. In Bus : It is subject to availability and first come first get basis.
Modification : We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without advance notice and at our sole discretion. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions shall become effective once posted on the Website and shall supersede all previous terms and conditions posted; however, the changes will not have any retrospective effect on contractual arrangements made through this Website prior to the changes coming into effect.
Your continued use of this Website after any change means that you have irrevocably accepted the amended and/or changed terms and conditions.
Currency Conversion:
Being a UAE based company, conversion charges applicable in case payment made by any international card not issued by any UAE bank.
VISA:
Visa fee once paid to Dubai4vacations is non refundable irrespective of whether the visa is delayed or approved or rejected.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officials of the visiting country and not Dubai4vacations. We cannot guarantee that all applications will be 100 percent approved and may require additional documents based on Immigration requirements. In case we are unable to process a visa application due to immigration restrictions or non availability of necessary documents, the visa fee will be refunded. Once your visa application is submitted to immigration the visa fee is not refundable whether it is approved or rejected. E-Visa copy shall be provided once a round trip ticket is purchased on our website else an additional service charge of AED 100 will be levied. Cancellation of an issued visa may be requested at an additional fee subject to immigration conditions of the visiting country. All visas will be online e-visas however an original copy can be requested for an additional fee.
Minor VISA: Every country has their own rules for processing Visas for minors traveling alone. Visa/Immigration rules are sole discretion of the travelling country and Group On Holidays will not be responsible for any such case.
Visa message or OK to board can be updated at an additional fee AED 50.
If any crime takes place during the visit of the traveler sponsored by us they will be dealt by the UAE police department case if they are imprisoned or if the immigration system shows an overstay the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities The agency has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor Dubai4vacations reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice Additional visa charges and refundable security deposit of AED 5500 cash shall be applicable for certain nationalities and or in case of no relationship between Guarantor and VisitorIf the visa applicant is currently in the UAE he or she must exit the country before applying for a new visaIn any fixed departure if the number of travelers is less than 05 who have selected for for Abu Dhabi without Ferrari World option, the same may be canceled and amount charged will be refunded back.
